Each HEX order is packed by hand and prepared as part of our Maison ritual. We believe the arrival experience should feel as considered as the chocolate itself.

Each order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please read the information below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During periods of high demand, limited edition releases, seasonal launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

International shipping may become available in the future. Any available destinations will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped using trusted UK delivery partners.

Available delivery options and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email where applicable.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days
• Express UK Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

DELIVERY DELAYS

HEX Maison de Chocolat is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier disruptions
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Industrial action
• Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

We will always do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

HEX Maison de Chocolat cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If an address error is identified before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• The outer packaging
• The product
• Any visible damage

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

TEMPERATURE AND CHOCOLATE CARE

Chocolate is sensitive to temperature fluctuations.

During warmer weather, additional packaging measures may be used to help protect products during transit.

HEX Maison de Chocolat cannot guarantee that chocolate will arrive completely unaffected by extreme temperatures once it leaves our premises.

Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive deliveries where possible.

LIMITED EDITION AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Where products are offered on a pre-order basis, estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items may be dispatched together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
