The Beginning
Founding Edition — 001 marks the first public expression of HEX Maison de Chocolat.
Created as a collection of six expressions built upon three carefully selected chocolate foundations, it represents the beginning of a maison founded upon ritual, design and intentionality. More than a collection of chocolate bars, Edition 001 establishes the principles upon which HEX has been built — a philosophy where every detail serves a purpose and every expression exists as part of a larger system.
Chocolate is the first expression of the maison. The beginning of a journey that will continue through objects, publications, environments and rituals.
This is where it starts.
The Origin Story
HEX was founded by Laura and Adam with a simple belief: that even the smallest moments can be experienced more intentionally.
After fourteen years building Cocoa Delicious, a business dedicated to handcrafted chocolate, a new question began to emerge. What if chocolate could become more than a product? What if it could become part of a larger philosophy built around ritual, design and experience?
The answer became HEX.
Inspired by geometry, structure and the enduring symbolism of the hexagon, HEX was conceived as a maison rather than a conventional chocolate brand. A world where chocolate, objects, publications and environments exist within a shared language. A world built upon restraint, intention and the principle of six.
Founding Edition — 001 is the first expression of that vision.

The number six has shaped HEX from the beginning.
